Stikit(TM) Gold Film Disc Roll 255L provides discs that feature aluminum oxide abrasive grain on a film backing for a fast cut-rate and uniform, close-tolerance finish on wood, paint prep and defect repair applications. Our flexible backing provides a consistent finish and greater tear-resistance than comparable paper products, making it well-suited for a high-production environment.
This disc has pressure sensitive adhesive backing which provides ease of attachment to any orbital sander along with a clean, residue-free removal, while the roll form offers quick access to a disc and eliminates disc liners.
The open coat feature provides a more aggressive cut than a comparable closed coat abrasive of the same grade; its reduced clogging feature makes it a good choice for woodworking.
Resin bonded, reliable under heat and pressure, fast cut rate, hardness and strength, it is widely used in grinding applications in addition to sanding and finishing applications.
Designed for use with a random orbital sander.
