This product is a Rev-A-Shelf product.
This telescopic belt rack has a push mechanism that releases the rack when needed. A simple push locks the rack back in position when done. The rack can store up to seven belts, and can pass in front of your clothes in your wardrobe when needed. It can also be concealed under a fixed shelf or behind a closet door.
