APPLICATION

Manual Insertion:

Spray water into the boring and insert the pin. Do NOT dip or soak the pins.

The amount of water necessary will depend upon the type of material being joined - particle/MDF requires just enough water to moisten the boring, while hardwood/plywood requires more.

Automatic Insertion:

Remove all residual glue from the delivery system and reduce the pot pressure.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Plain wood dowel tolerances are +/- 0.005 in (0.127mm) for diameter and +/- 1/32 in (0.79375mm) for length.

Note that wood is a natural product that can be affected by its environment despite being dried to a stable 6-8% moisture content.

Pre-glued wooden dowels may exhibit variations in color and glue coverage. The natural variations in wood grain and adhesive distribution are inherent characteristics of wooden dowels and do not affect their functionality.
