Concealed hinges can now be installed faster and easier than ever with our jigs. Each jig is individually handcrafted for precision. The jig mounts to the door with the help of nails, while guide pins locate the deep mortise.

NOTE: Do not use resharpened bits. A video demonstrating the template procedure is available in English only, for now. We are working on the translations.
Important: this routing jig is not a one-to-one size template of the hinge, it is oversized to the hinge and meant to be used with Porter-Cable Guide Bushing #42024 and #42237 Locking Nut (these two items are not included with the routing jig and are sold separately). The end-result of using the router with this bushing is a hole slightly smaller than the hole of the router guide but perfect for the size of the hinge. A one-to-one paper template of the exact size is provided with the hinge.
