MIRKA® DEROS is a direct electric random orbital sander. It is suitable for general sanding purposes on almost any kind of surface. Its performance is comparable to a conventional electric appliance and it maintains a constant speed even under heavy loads. With its high-efficiency brushless motor, this electric sander has plenty of power to get the job done quickly. The unique symmetrical design makes it just as comfortable whether it is being used in the left or right hand, and the longer body provides the option for a two-hand grip. It is equipped with a backing pad, which has a central air inlet. This results in improved air flow and helps extract dust away from the center of the tool even faster. It comes in a high-quality plastic case.
The 550 model has a 125 mm (5") pad and a 5 mm (13/64") oscillation that is particularly suitable for sanding smaller areas.
The 625 model has a 150 mm (5-29/32") pad and a 2.5 mm (1/10") oscillation.
The 650 model has a 150 mm (5-29/32") pad and a 5 mm (13/64") oscillation, a soft start function, a built-in electronic motor brake and a smooth, easy-to-operate lever to control the motor speed.
