The Ultimax Ligno abrasive offers a fast and even cut thanks to its unique hourglass abrasive pattern. It boasts a long service life and good resistance to clogging. The specially developed latex-impregnated paper provides flexibility and edgewear resistance, featuring a Mirka Multifit hole pattern. Its dust channels lead to extraction holes and effectively control dust, keeping the abrasive grains cutting. The design also allows air to circulate under the abrasive, reducing heat during sanding. This is a crucial benefit when sanding substrates, as it prevents wood dust from turning into clogging putty. Thanks to different-width dust channels, even larger wood dust particles are not a problem. The Ultimax Ligno is designed with Mirka's dust-free sanding technology, addressing the significant occupational health risk of wood dust exposure.
