175D Surface Mount Hinge

A heavy-duty hinge that exceeds U.S.ANSI-BFMA specifications. Smooth, silent, sag-free and opening to 175 degrees without drilling holes and without base-mounting plates. For normal use, door thickness can be up to 1" but where doors abut on adjoining cabinets, a maximum of 13/16" is recommended.
Fits full overlay doors, half-overlay, full inset, 3/8" inset, and 45° mitered corners.
Six-way adjustable.
Extra-heavy duty construction.
Hardened 0.082 steel throughout.
Requires 8 x #6x5/8in. round head mounting screws (sold separately).
