Description
Retractable seals
HAWA JUNIOR 100 B ACOUSTICS System with low profile hardware and retractable seals for one wood door weighing up to 100 kg (220 lbs). Automatic retractable seals mount horizontally to the top and bottom of the door, providing sound attenuation and resisting unwanted drafts, odors, and light. The seals are triggered by a stopper at the top and a floor guide at the bottom. The bottom seal includes an aluminum channel for a concealed floor mounted guide.

- Bottom seal is flexible and conforms to the shape of the floor

IMPORTANT: Use metric dimensions for greater accuracy during installation. The level of sound attenuation depends upon the use of vertical seals and the construction of the door and walls. Cut a groove 23 mm (29/32 in) x 30 mm (1-3/16 in) in the bottom of the door and 31 mm (1-7/32 in) x 30 mm (1-3/6 in) in the top of the door. To remove track, its length must be 80 mm (3 5/32) shorter than the diagonal clearance from the top right corner of the door opening to bottom left corner. Refer to the mounting instructions for more information.
