ADVANTAGES AND BENEFITS

- Filters up to 99.9% of particulates down to .1 micron in size
- Active carbon element reduces odors
- Best-in-class filtration with 360° seal
- Performance far exceeds that of homemade masks, bandanas, cloth masks, and paper masks

4 LAYERS OF FILTRATION:
The absorbent outer cotton layer stops larger particles while the tough polypropylene inner filtration media captures up to 99.9% of airborne particulates down to .1 micron.

ODOR REDUCTION:
The active carbon element removes pollutants in the air, including volatile organic compounds (VOCs), odors, and other gaseous pollutants from the air by trapping gas molecules in a bed of charcoal.

APPLICATION

Suggested Uses:
Low-intensity dust, fumes, odors, smoke, and pollen

Depending on the type of activity you're doing, filters are suitable for anywhere from 20 - 60+ hours of use. When the time comes to replace your filter or valves, follow this step-by-step process.

Step 1:
Turn the valve on the inside of your mask counterclockwise until the back releases from the front. Grab a new filter to replace your used one, and now would be a good time to clean the outside of your mask if it's dirty.
Step 2:
Place the back of the valve with the clear diaphragm through the filter, then place through the mask material
Step 3:
Once the back of the valve is through both the filter and the mask, grab the top valve and look where the inner indentations are. You will want to line up the tabs on the top valve with the indents on the bottom valve.
Step 4:
When the front and back of the valve connect together, turn the back of the valve clockwise about 90 degrees or until it can no longer turn anymore.
Step 5:
Repeat step 3 & 4 to the other valve.
Step 6:
Now your mask should be complete! If you are using the V1 valves, make sure the vent is facing down. If they are not, take off the front of the valve and make sure the brackets are placed on the right (0 degrees) and left side (180 degrees).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All RZ filters have been independently tested by an international microbiology lab, with results showing RZ filters exceed the NIOSH N95 filter efficiency standards.
We test both the filtration and breathability to ensure we're creating a product that offers the best of both, so you can feel confident and comfortable while you work.

WHEN TO REPLACE YOUR FILTERS:

The life expectancy of your RZ filter depends on many variables, such as; particulate exposure density, particulate exposure duration, and user breathing rate. Below are our general guidelines:
- 20-30 hours of continuous use in heavy dust exposure to things such as; grain bins, off-roading, construction/demolition, etc.
- 30-40 hours of continuous use in light dust exposure to things such as; grain bins, off-roading, construction/demolition, etc.
- 50-60 hours of continuous use when protecting against allergens, pollutants, odors, etc.
